Carl D. Hays III is a technology and innovation leader with deep expertise in researching, developing, and delivering cutting edge technology to a variety of industries. He brings over two decades of experience in technology development, distribution, and adoption in: agriculture, oil and gas, forestry, construction and OEM manufacturing. Mr. Hays is a doctoral candidate at George Fox University.
